A Dermatology-Trained Nurse Practitioner, Lauren Williams grew up in a small town near Greenville, South Carolina. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with honors from the University of South Carolina and worked as a Registered Nurse for five years in Medical-Surgical Intensive Care Unit, Interventional Radiology, Pediatric Sedation, and the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit. Lauren then earned a Master of Science in Nursing at Anderson University and became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. As a NP, Lauren worked for two years in urgent care and then moved to Oregon where she completed a dermatology residency for NPs and PAs. She has loved working in dermatology ever since! When not caring for her patients, Lauren enjoys hiking and traveling with her family.
